Client was looking at issues with their Accounts Payable system and were considering investing in a new system. Using Lean techniques, process errors were identified that highlighted induction improvements as the “true” issue. Vast savings were initially made.

Using business analysis techniques, along with Lean principles, supported the client to develop a suite of management reporting tools that simplified weekly and monthly records. This led to impressive savings for both management and the owner’s time. This resulted in more effective working and better business decisions.

CPD – Supported The Deanery in a project to look at CPD provision. Business analysis used to study a system view of how CPD is managed.
